The Improvement Association is continually implementing new programs and initiatives to fight against the causes of poverty and address social ills that may exist as a result of poverty. Financial assistance from any program is contingent upon the eligibility and determined need of the customer and the availability of funds. Guidelines for each program are derived based on granting agencies' requirements and the policies and procedures set forth by The Improvement Association's Board of Directors.
